All projects we undertake carry the following guarantees:

Can I make my own team in Databiz Inc?
Yes, you can. We offer flexibility of HR team formulation based on the client's requisition. This team will then be dedicated for that particular client's project.
For all that you claim, isn't the rate too low?
The rate is low not because of technical limitation, but simply because we operate from Bangladesh, where living costs are much lower due to international economies and exchange rates. It is our strategy to pass on these location advantages to our clients. Moreover, this rates pave the way of long term relationship with our clients.
What are your payment models?
We work either for fixed-price projects, or on per-hour rates basis. For long-term committed clients who prefer time-based billing, we also offer a monthly rate.

How can I be assured about confidentiality?
Signing off an NDA is the first contractual part before designing any software. Databiz takes all the risk of client's information as a whole.
All our employees are full-time employees, and are bound by the company Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure clauses.
We protect pendrive or CD writer type of devises within the office environment and do not allow offshore (out of office) development.
Additionally, for sensitive projects, we create isolated block disconnected from any public network.
Internet usage is always tracked due to maintaining clients' confidentiality.
We never sub-contract any part of the project without clients' prior consent.
Can you guarantee time-bound results?
Yes we do and we are willing to take any penalty clause for that also if mentioned in the agreement.
We are worried about quality; how do you assure Quality Projects?
Databiz is an company managed by a group of professional. Here QC team is very strong and always a part of project management team. We assure partial acceptance and checking of quality by clients (during development time) and always maintain a clarity in project development phase. Our management is dedicated to produce quality code instead of effective one. PM ensurs Quality under tight control including periodic code reviews and full testing after any DCR (design change request).
Every project goes through the phase of suitable QA/testing professionals, under a specific and domain expertise based test-plans including black-box testing, white-box testing, test regression, usage analysis etc.
Regarding Support, how do you ensure client satisfaction?

Service Includes: New up gradation, Software trouble shooting, new employee training etc.
Type of services: we provide both on line and off line services. We have twelve dedicated service personnel for physical service (off line). Within fifteen minutes of your service call, our support personnel will response over phone. If the problem can not be solved over phone, within maximum 180 minutes of your call, our support personnel will visit your location.
On line Service: We also provide on line service from our own developed online module. You can ask any problem here and have the opportunity to enjoy quick (Maximum 5 minutes) solution.

Do you have renewal system on your existing products?

What contracts and agreements do you sign?
We sign industry standard agreement for any work within or outside of Bangladesh. In the analysis phase, we sign an NDA with clients and after getting confirmation from them a valid contracts signed off. We are normally bound by the legal framework of our own country (with some exception from clients' demand) and registered under the company act of Bangladesh government.
Are you member of any industry bodies?
Databiz is a member of BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services), BCS (Bangladesh Computer Samity) and ECS (Elephant Road Computer Samity).
Yes we do, where required. This may be especially useful in initial requirements gathering, final implementation or other pain points. In such cases, our employees will work on-site at pre-decided rates.
What control do we have over the project?
You will have ability to keep close control over the project. Our assigned Project Manager will be your single point-of-contact for all issue resolution, and will work closely with your guidelines. You can also view the progress of projects by team system (.net platform) or by using our own hosted monitoring tools.
How do we keep ourselves informed about progress?
We will send you regular project status reports weekly. We use a combination of pre-determined update schedules (normally email) and ad-hoc meetings (usually tele-conferences, or live chat).
With us, you can keep live track of project plan, milestones, code status, bug status, timesheets status and a host of other software development metrics.
We like the Idea, but are unsure. Can we do a Pilot Project?
Databiz allows development of Pilot project free of cost for testing the ability and standard of code. But it should not exceed total 15 man-days or 120 Hours (conditions apply).
Our preferred Pilot Project is either the first sub-system of a larger project, or an independent project that completes within itself. It is 100% free.
Whether it is really 100% free or is there any hidden cost?
