Methodology of Development: Databiz Inc.'s methodology is very simple because we start with the basics. We evaluate a company's needs and create an overall vision. This vision is born out of user, system and design specifications for each project. We then model each project, building it for scalability and sustainability. At the very preliminary stage we start with Business Analysis. The specialized Business Analyst Team comes up with analysis report, flow chart of the workflow of the existing system, finds the loopholes and drawbacks of the existing system (if any) and proposes solutions to those. The System Analysts start designing the system to be developed. Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams etc. are prepared. Then the Database System of the system is also designed. As the Design Phase is completed and reviewed, the Programmers begin Coding. At every level of the Development proper Documentation is done. Once the Development is done, the software is implemented at an in house environment. After the software is tested in all standard testing methodology, the Software is implemented at the Client's site with our expert support team. These process results in accurate estimates, shorter delivery times and effective system work. It is simple but very effective. Development/Enhancement of the existing Software: If the customer needs to integrate new applications with their existing one in place, we develop strategies and solutions to efficiently achieve that goal with minimal interference in day-to-day operations. We test the concept prior to implementation through building a Proof-of-Concept model, demonstrating the new system's feasibility and allowing users to see how it integrates into the current infrastructure. Development from Scratch: If customer needs include the development of a complete Enterprise System, we design a comprehensive solution that takes into account of the entire requirements.
